Order Processing & Digital Delivery

As Islen Collections sells digital products only, no physical items will be shipped.

After placing your order, you will receive:

  1. An order confirmation email

  2. A separate email containing your digital download link

Delivery of digital products is typically instant after successful payment. In some cases, it may take up to 15 minutes for the email to arrive.

If you do not receive your download email, please:

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Ensure the email address entered at checkout is correct

  • Contact us for assistance

Please note that digital products are delivered electronically and no physical copy will be sent.


Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered.
